Work at Liverpool Cathedral by the artist Tracey Emin has won an award for art in a religious place, below is a photograph from the unveiling during the 2008 European Capital of Culture year. The pink neon "For You" work above the Anglican Cathedral's great west doors is written in Emin's handwriting, with the words "I felt you and I knew you loved me". The award was made by The Art and Christianity Enquiry (ACE) and highlights religious faith in art, design and architecture.
If you have would like to use and licence these Tracey Emin images from Liverpool Cathedral please contact me directly.
Also outside the cathedral is another piece of Tracey's work - 'The Roman Standard' and is s bronze sculpture of a small bird that has been stolen a couple of times. Again available to licence usage. Please do not use without permission - thanks.
